I think that it has more to how much stuff you have running at the same time. Zoom is a memory hog, which I think is the real problem, but I have noticed that when I shut down any program I don’t need I have less trouble with Zoom. Though that can be a problem in itself as I often need Word running and I also run some videos during some Zoom sessions.
